Tips to stay motivated, healthy and beautiful!

Hi guys! Today I’m gonna teach you how to stay motivated, how to be confident. I’ll share some tips on how to stay fit, healthy and beautiful. Some helpful video tutorials will be shared too.

Motivation is not magic. It does not come in a bottle. There is no little blue pill for it. But it’s something you can tap into by design then harness.

Step 1  – Be yourself and set the goals.

Keeping track of your goals and checking your progress can help keep you motivated day in and day out

Step 2 – Stay positive.

No matter what, motivation goes hand in hand with positivity. Even when things are looking down, keep your head up and push forward. 

Step 3 – Make things fun.

At the gym, bring your favorite music. At work, bring yourself small treats to enjoy after small accomplishments.

Step4 – Believe in yourself and remember to always be open-minded.

What comes next…The next point is to look healthy and beautiful. It is the key-point for all women. Every woman desires to stay young and beautiful for a very long period of time, preferably – the whole life. There are many researches that were made in the industry of beauty and youth, so that scientists found some important “rules” that we should follow to stay attractive and beautiful for longer. They discovered that you mood, for example, has a great deal of influence on the way you look. Sorry for such a delayed post. I have just lost myself for several weeks. But today i want to share with you some interesting stuff about braiding techniques.

As you may have already noticed, braids are everywhere nowadays, because they make you look much more womanlike and elegant. And it is a good way to make you look different everyday. Cause each hairstyle has its own peculiarities and can emphasize your natural beauty, or highlight one of many facial or even features of character.

Everyone knows that having a head full of healthy, sleek, beautiful hair is your ticket to making heads turn. Nothing complements a person’s appearance more than hair that is well taken care of and styled in the hottest fashion. The first question is “How Often Do You Really Need to Shampoo?”

Well everyone has its own hair structure. Generally we need to wash hair as infrequently as necessary to retain moisture.If your hair is oily then it requires moisturizing every day or every other day, if it is dry it is enough to wash it two times per week. Much depends on shampoo and conditioner we use. They need to be picked according to type of your hair. And don’t forget to visit a barber regularly, as hair to be long and healthy should be cut not later than one time in 2 months.

  •  Think twice about becoming a redheadRed dye’s large-size molecules leach out more quickly than those of any other hue. Whatever color you choose, stay within a few tones of your natural shade: Going from brunette to blond, say, requires bleaching, which makes hair especially porous and prone to color fade.
  • Avoid excessive rinsing in the shower: once you’ve shampooed and conditioned, don’t tilt your head back and let the water just run over it for several minutes. And if you like to wake up under the faucet in the morning, try to spare your hair.
  • Stick to lukewarm or cooler- heat makes dye leach faster: the hotter the water is, the quicker the color loss.
  • Use a color-protecting shampoo. They’re specifically formulated to be both gentle and protective.
  • Wash your hair less frequently. Refresh on your off days by flipping hair over and spraying a dry shampoo at the roots to soak up oil.
  • Condition every time you shampoo, even if you have fine hair. You really want to make sure you condition the longest part of your hair. The tips can be years old and have the most damage, whereas the roots are only a couple of months old.

And to sum up: your hair can add to your overall look instantly. Keeping it in healthy condition is the most important thing you can do to help it look and feel fabulous.Therefore be aware of using correct brush, good water, appropriate shampoo and conditioner and don’t forget about healthy way of life and enough time to sleep.
